This afternoon, the Company officially signed the restructuring investment agreement with Shengyun Environment-Protection Group, represented by the bankruptcy restructuring case manager for the merged Shengyun Environment-Protection Group companies, and entered into a cooperation agreement with the Tongcheng City Government. Secretary Xu Xiong of the Tongcheng Municipal Party Committee, Standing Committee Member Lin Zhaoguang of the Ouhai District Party Committee, and Weiming Environment Chairman Xiang Guangming delivered speeches at the ceremony. Also in attendance were: Standing Committee Member and Executive Vice Mayor Gui Wencheng of Tongcheng City; Standing Committee Member, Party Working Committee Secretary of the Economic Development Zone, and Director of the Administrative Committee Liu Gang of Tongcheng City; Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Tongcheng City People’s Congress, He Zhi; Shengyun Environment-Protection Chairman Liu Yubin; Company Director and Vice President Zhu Shanyin; Director and Vice President Chen Ge, among other leaders, who attended the signing ceremony and participated in discussions.
On July 8, Weiming Environment Protection was officially confirmed as a restructuring investor for the Shengyun Environment-Protection Group companies. The scope of this restructuring investment covers eight companies within the Shengyun Environment-Protection Group, including the Shengyun Environment-Protection headquarters in Tongcheng City. As the bankruptcy restructuring case manager for Shengyun Environment-Protection, the Tongcheng Municipal Party Committee and City Government have been actively seeking the most trustworthy restructuring investors.
Secretary Xu Xiong stated that Weiming Environment Protection, a leading domestic environmental protection enterprise with excellent operational management experience, a strong sense of social responsibility, and robust financial strength, fully meets their requirements for a restructuring investor. He added that Weiming Environment Protection’s restructuring investment in Shengyun Environment-Protection will have a positive and far-reaching impact on Tongcheng City's high-quality economic development and on revitalizing the restructuring of the Shengyun Environment-Protection Group companies.
Lin Zhaoguang, a Standing Committee member of the Ouhai District Party Committee, lauded Weiming Environment Protection as a "golden business card" of Ouhai. He noted that its collaboration with the Tongcheng City Government and Shengyun Environment Protection comes at an opportune moment, with vast opportunities and limitless potential, and is sure to propel both companies to expand and strengthen, accelerating their emergence as a powerful engine for green development in both Ouhai and Tongcheng.

At the signing ceremony, Executive Vice Mayor Gui Wencheng, Chairman Liu Yubin, and Vice President Chen Ge—representing the cooperating parties—respectively signed the Shengyun Environment-Protection Group Restructuring Investment Agreement and the Cooperation Agreement between the Tongcheng City Government and Weiming Environment Protection.
Subsequently, the signing parties engaged in in-depth discussions on related cooperation matters, exploring future work plans and defining development directions.
Officials from Tongcheng Economic Development Zone, relevant municipal departments, and Ouhai District, as well as department heads from the company's headquarters, attended the signing ceremony.
